Super Sundays / Market • One Month pilot programme • Artisan Market 7th July • Children’s Market 14th July • Local Food Market 21st July • International Food Market 28th July • Still need a few more Stalls – Do you know anyone? • Volunteers Needed for .. • Overall Planning & Organisation • Co-ordinating Finances, keeping track of payments and costs • Talking to Retailers & getting the Town Open • Marketing Work Required • Graphics for Banners, Posters & Adverts / Flyers • Arrange Banners to be put up • Flyers – Co-ordinate where and when to hand out • Flyers –weekly hand outs need volunteers on a rota • Social Media – Melanie? • PR – Press releases & Push to press mailing list • Photographs on the market Days • Collect Testimonials (video) and written from traders and customers • Post Event – wrap up press • Creating the Buzz and getting the posters Flyers etc. distributed • CAN YOU HELP?
