  2. What do camels eat • a camel will eat anything, bone, meat, leather, and even garbage. They also eat grass, some plants, hay and dry grains, and can eat up to 9 pounds per day. camels have only three separate stomach chambers

  3. How often do camels drink • During winters in the Sahara Desert, camels have been known to survive six or seven months without water. Camels need to drink water at least every 5 days in the hottest part of the year. A thirsty camel can drink, 200 liters

  4. Where camels live • There are only two camel species in the world. One camel species has one hump and it lives in the middle east of Africa. the other one lives in Asia.

  5. How much do camels carry • Traveling at a rate of 2 to 3 miles per hour, camels can carry 500 to 1,000 poundson their backs.

  6. What are camels used for • They are the animal of the desert. Because they are built for it. They are the best way to transportation. To carry heavy things

  7. the savanna • The African Savanna takes up almost half of the continent, about 5 million square miles. The Savanna is home to numerous mammals as well as to hundreds of species of birds. Some of the greatest wildlife scenes ever seen have taken place there.

  8. How hot does it get In the savanna. • The savanna climate has a temperature range of 68° to 86° F (20° - 30° C). In the winter, it is usually about 68° to 78° F (20° - 25° C). In the summer the temperature ranges from 78° to 86° F (25° - 30° C). In a Savanna the temperature does not change a lot.
