  1. DISPNÉIA(Falta de Ar) 1.Tratamento. a. Verificar (VRC): - Vias aéreas - Respiração - Circulação b. Oxigênio 1) Se o problema é grave (vítima cianótica, dificuldade de falar, etc) administre oxigênio a 10 litros/min com máscara ou 15 litros/min com ambú. 2) Se o problema respiratório é moderado, administre oxigênio a 05 litros/min catéter nasal ou 10 litros/min com máscara. c. Coloque o paciente confortável (posição semi-sentado) e transporte. Obs.: Paciente com Doença Pulmonar Obstrutiva Crônica deve ser iniciado oxigênio a 1l/min.
