  1. Master UF Hollow Fiber Membrane Modules for Separation and Concentration About Master Modules PHILOSEP Master is UF Membrane Modules that can not only treat general industrial water but also refine water with particles matters, separate and concentrate. The Hollow Fiber membranes have an excellent structure of double layers with fine skin inside and outside which makes them possible to resist in high TMP. . Master Operation Scheme Master UF Modules are operated in compressive filtration method. Dead-end filtration will be used when drain water has low turbidity or when the pre-treatment did not go well. Stable Permeation rate can be acquired in a long-term through periodical Back-wash and Flushing. Furthermore, Cross-flow method is also possible when turbidity or drain water is or higher than 15 NTU.

  2. Features of PES Hollow Fiber Membranes • Contaminant-resist Hydrophilic PES • Stable and Constant Flow rate • High physical Strength with the Sponge structure • Excellent Heat-resistance • Excellent Chemical-resistance (pH 2~12) Features of Master Modules 1. Excellent Permeation rate and Stability of Water Quality Hydrophilic PES membranes in PHILOSEP SCAF modules have very even pores. They are used in water treatment or pure water manufacturing process where the stable water quality is necessity 2. Stable Supply of Filtered Water Repeating filtering and Back-washing supplies water to RO system more stably compare to Media filtering which has to be paused for a long time for a Back- wash Master Flow diagram • Applications of Master Modules • Industrial Water Treatment • Pretreatment of RO • Ion Exchange Resin Process Pre-treatment • Water Reuse • Factory Wastewater Treatment
