Apple Computer I • Apple Computer I was released in 1976 • It was designed and hand-built by Woz • Price: US$666.66 (Set by Jobs; doubling the cost of manufacturing) • Apple as company symbol and this price, really?! • Apple’s first computer did not include monitor, keyboard or case and it had an assembled circuit board. • CPU: MOS 6502 @ 1 MHz • Memory 4 KB standardexpandable to 8 KB or 48 KB using expansion cards

Apple Computer II • Apple Computer II was released in 1976 • One of the first highly successful mass-produced microcomputer products, designed primarily by Woz • Price: US $1,298 • Apple Computer II "was the first of its type to provide usable colourful graphics” • CPU: MOS 6502 @ 1.023 MHz • Memory: 4 KB RAM, but could be extended up to 48 KB RAM
