We as a Board seek a few neighbors who would like to partner and be a part of our active and thriving HOA Board. We are looking for a Secretary, an additional Vice President and a AAA liason (if a homeowner would like to make changes or improvements to their property) they would send the plans to the AAA person to bring to our board meeting. Call Waste Management Customer Care to set up service Next Board Meeting: 13th April HOA Board Meeting *Board Meetings are held at 6:30 – We encourage attendance. Please contact 598-8298 (Vince) prior to the day of the meeting if you would like to attend and be heard. There is a special time set aside for this task. Approval of Projects; Please keep in mind. If your have any upcoming projects i.e., painting the outside of the house, landscaping, etc……Plans must be submitted and approved by the board. Eagle Development has finally submitted their development proposals for the Tuscan Foothill Village development.  This proposal would develop much of the remaining land along Centennial Boulevard on the Mountain Shadows side (there are still a few small pieces this does not include).  Come to the meeting on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Eagleview Middle School on Vindicator if desiring more information……
