  4. Year in Review • So What did we do? • Coordinating for street sweepings • Coordinating for fixing signs • Common Area Maintenance • Coordinate Snow Removal • Support Neighborhood block party • Inform the neighborhood of important info

Year in Review • And yes, we enforce the covenants too • Adhering to the covenants maintain the beauty and value of everyone’s home • A fair and even application of the covenants is our responsibility • The beloved “violation letters” are the best way to ensure an enforceable, clear understanding of expectations and timelines • Verbal notices don’t work • We use Fine-less “Warning letters” first • We assume the homeowner just didn’t notice the problem • This is not a common practice in other HOAs
