TCYS Update – Herdsmanship • Decorating Committee Chair: JoAnnaJanecek • Decorate TCYS pens Wednesday 1/15 4:00 – 9:00p • Herdmanship Chair: Michelle Greer • Will provide a student duty roster of cleaning times • TCYS requires you to purchase 2/bags of shavings (from them) per animal (scholarship fundraiser) • 2*$8 = $16/animal

  14. TCYS Update – Cost Summary • Cantina/wood/propane $55/family • $5/meal for family guests at meal • TCYS Shavings $16/animal (2 bags) Bring 1 case of water plus 1 case of soft drinks per family

  15. TCYS Update – BYOS • Things you should bring for yourselves: • Checkbook/cash to pay RV space rental • Jackets, gloves, hats etc. • Rain jacket/poncho • Chairs • Flashlights • Solo cups

TCYS Update – Sale Auction • If you make sale: • We will have a special meeting for those families to explain what this means • Probably Mon/Tues after TCYS but watch for announcement • Your child will need to attend auction at TCYS Expo Center on Friday 1/24, 10:00am - dark • Adults are encourage to attend for dinner and open bar
