WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT THE IMPROVEMENTS HAPPENING AT OUR FIELD: NEW LIGHTS, NEW SCORE BOARD, REMODELING OF OUR STANDS THIS YEARS BIG PROJECT IS TO REDO OUR FRONT FENCING TO THE FIELD!!! ALL THEY WAY DOWN THE STREET SIDE!!! 2013 UNFINISHED BUSINESS!!! STATE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!!

Hair cut, face shaved, hair naturally colored Wear the correct workout uniform everyday If you are going to be absent send an email or call the coaches office and leave a message No tardiness without a note No vulgar language will be accepted OFI ENFORCED!!! EACH DAY!!

Playing on a fall baseball team Open Field Times at Cavalier Field 4-6pm Monday thru Thursday A parent must be present Field Work Day – TBD, if necessary***** Fall World Series- SIGN UP OCT. 9- 23, 2012 COST - $ 25 PER PLAYER – 4-6 TEAMS November 8, 9 & 10(if Football playoffs) November 15, 16 & 17(if Football playoffs) Equipment Order Date – December 2nd 50 % Down, or full payment Final Balance Due – Frenzy Day, February 2th Outside Vendors will be available during Equipment Order Day. You pay Vendors directly.

Spring Season Pre-season Parent Meeting – Thursday, February 7, 2013 Tryouts: Friday, January 25th – 4:00pm until 8:00pm Saturday, January 26th – 8:00am until 6:00pm with a lunch break Monday, January 28th – 4:00pm until 6:30pm Team Sizes: Varsity – 18-22 players Jr. Varsity (JVI) – 18-20 players Jr. Varsity II (JVII) – 20-22 players Managers (Male)/ Trainers (male/female): Varsity – 3 Managers/ 3 Tr JVI – 2 Managers / 1 Tr JVII – 2 Managers / 1Tr Important part of the team. Must meet specific rules & expectationsCoach Kinnan will give final approval on all managers Team Adjustment Dates: 1st Adjustment – Tuesday, January 29st 2nd Adjustment – Friday, February 1st

Scrimmages, Non-district games, district games and tournaments. Tournaments – Each team will play in 3 tournaments, prior to Spring Break Spring Break Schedule – Tentative – Games Tues., Wed., Thurs, Fri? *Varsity will play at the Dell Diamond on Thurs. evening Time off – Spring Break – Monday 11th possible all teams off?? Tuesday 12th - all teams workout in AM & play afternoon Wednesday & Thursday games all teams Friday15th VARSITY ONLY Work-out AM Saturday 16th-all teams off Easter – Friday, March 29 th & Saturday, March 30th District Games - start the week OF Spring Break Workouts – Six days a week Field Ownership – each player is responsible for all aspects of field maintenance and ensuring there is never any trash left at the field
