  2. A Tank Hat This tank hat saves water by collecting some rain that would have fallen to the ground and into the gutters and drains, leading to the creeks and rivers, and then out to our bays. Balloons When it rains, thewater falls into the tank. Then you drink the water through the straws. But the tank full water might get too Tank heavy on your head so that’s why the balloons are there. It will lift the tank just enough so that you canwalk around with it for a day. Straw

  3. How It works 1* Simply strap the Tank hat onto your head. 2*When it rains go outside. Let the rain fall into the tank. 3*Then drink from the straws that are attached to the tank. You could even add something to the water to make another drink. MUST BE WASHED! Otherwise it would get too dirty and you won’t be able to dink from it.

  4. My Creating Part • I am trying to reach my goal, to make a water saving device. I had one idea. A Tank Hat. • I needed to get a few things: A Milk Bottle, Straws, Balloons, string and maybe a old Hat or Helmet. • Now it was time to start creating it. Procedure: 1* Cut the Milk Bottle in half. Now the Milk Bottle becomes the tank. 2* Attach the tank to the old hat with glue. 3* Attach the Straws to the tank with strong tape. Give it a test. 4* Cut the string(3 pieces) for the balloons at a size that you think is best. 5* Blow the balloons up with helium. 6* Tie a piece of string to each balloon. 7* Attach balloons by the strings to the tank by punching holes into the top of the tank and tying the string through each hole. Now you have a tank hat, Enjoy!

  5. The Mathematical You will also need some glue, strong tape and a hole puncher.
