Pronouns. A pronoun is a word that takes the place of a noun or nouns. A pronoun must agree with the noun it replaces. The pronouns I, he, she, it, and you can take the place of a singular noun. Tristan put a cap on. He put a cap on. Jim and Ethan like to play baseball.

  2. A pronoun is a word that takes the place of a noun or nouns. A pronoun must agree with the noun it replaces. The pronouns I, he, she, it, and you can take the place of a singular noun. Tristan put a cap on. He put a cap on. Jim and Ethan like to play baseball. They like to play baseball.

  3. The pronouns we, you and they can take the place of a plural noun or more than one noun or pronoun. Jamie and I are friends. We are friends.
