  1. (1)PROCEDURE FOR FLAT HEAT PRESS OPERATION PROCEDURE FOR MULTI FUNCTION HEAT PRESS MACHINE

  2. ① Put the machine on a flat surface

  3. ② Connect power

  4. ③ Push down Red button and turn on the machine

  5. ④ After three seconds, machine display as below picture.

  6. ⑤ Press “SET”, upper line shows the machine real temperature, the lower line shows the set –up temperature.

  7. ⑥ Press “SET” , there are two lines displayed:upper line shows 5P, lower line shows set-up temperature.

  8. ⑦ Press to set the temperature needed.

  9. ⑧ Press “SET” again, upper line shows 5F,lower lines shows original set time.

  10. ⑦ Press to set the time needed.

  11. ⑩ Then press “SET” again, upper line shows machine real temperature, lower line shows set temperature. ⑩ Then press “SET” again, upper line shows machine real temperature, lower line shows set temperature.

  12. 11 、When upper line temperature shows the same with the lower line set-up temperature.

  13. 12 、Put the material on the machine

  14. 13 、Put the heat transfer paper on the material

  15. 14 、Press down the upper plate, and then press “Green button”

  16. 15 、When the time shows “0”, means the heat transfer process finished.

  17. (2)PROCEUDER FOR CUP HEAT PRESS OPERATION PROCEDURE FOR MULTI FUNCTION HEAT PRESS MACHINE

  18. ① Put the machine on a flat surface

  19. ② Change the relative power wire.

  20. ③ Press “Red button” to turn on the machine

  21. ④ Three seconds later, screen display as below:

  22. ⑤ Press “SET”, upper line shows the machine real temperature, the lower line shows the set –up temperature.

  23. ⑥ Press “SET” , there are two lines displayed:upper line shows 5P, lower line shows set-up temperature.

  24. ⑦ Press to set the temperature needed.

  25. ⑧ Press “SET” again, upper line shows 5F,lower lines shows original set time.

  26. ⑦ Press to set the time needed.

  27. ⑩ Then press “SET” again, upper line shows machine real temperature, lower line shows set-up temperature.

  28. 11 、When upper line temperature shows the same with the lower line set-up temperature.

  29. Remark How to change the cup heating platen?

  30. ① Loose the screw on the cup platen as below:

  31. ② Change other size heating platen and fasten screws.

  32. ③ Connect the wire.

  33. OPERATION PROCEDURE FOR MULTI FUNCTION HEAT PRESS MACHINE (3) PROCEDURE FOR PLATE HEAT PRESS

  34. ① Put the machine on a flat surface

  35. ② Loose the screws on the upper heating plate, see below picture Screws should be loosen.

  36. ③ Picture for all screws are loosen.

  37. ④ Take away the upper heating plate.

  38. ⑤ Prepare the heating part for plate.

  39. ⑥ Install the heating part according to below picture and fasten the screws.

  40. ⑦ Picture after heating part installation:

  41. ⑧ Connect the power

  42. ⑨Push down Red Button and turn on machine

  43. ⑩ After three seconds, machine display as below picture.

  44. 11、 Press “SET”, upper line shows the machine real temperature, the lower line shows the set –up temperature.

  45. 12、 Press “SET”, upper line shows 5P, lower line shows set-up temperature.

  46. 13、 Press to set the temperature needed.

  47. 14、 Press “SET” again, upper line shows 5F,lower lines shows original set time.

  48. 15、 Press to set the time needed.

  49. 16、 Then press “SET” again, upper line shows machine real temperature, lower line shows set temperature.

  50. 17、 When upper line temperature shows the same with the lower line set-up temperature, then you can process plate heat transfer.
