  13. Workshop 1 1. Define main navigation or table of contents of your C-Cube website 2. Create appropriate folder: • For soliciting feedback (commenting, validating, discussion, etc.), create DISCUSSION folder • For storage and easy retrieval of information, create SIMPLE LIST folder (if you want items to be rearranged in specific order, create ORDERED LIST)

Create appropriate folder: • For displaying information or content with lasting value, create HEADLINE folder (if you want information in ppt form, create SLIDESHOW) • Create appropriate page: • To upload a document for commenting, displaying or storage, use SIMPLE page • To upload a document in html format, use IMPORTED page

  15. Workshop 1 • Create appropriate page: • Use Word, Excel and Ppt page, only if you prefer drafting a document straight on C-Cube as saving the file also means automatic uploading and conversion of data into html format. • Use Multiple Imported page, only if you are uploading

  16. Workshop 2 • Raise any question or clarification in the RDR • Specify additional requirements, e.g., back-end process flow, interface, banners, etc.

  17. Reminders • Send a copy of the signed RDR to KM Center and OIST • File a RITS to move website from the development to the production site • Help Desk: First point of contact in reporting issues

  18. Post-training Activities • Plan User Memberships/Groupings • Add Members and Group placeholders • Clean-up and organize Table of Contents • Add Basic Contents (Welcome pages, Folder/Rooms initial pages) • Get Management feedback/approval on pilot design • Continue content and structure build • Get approval for Production release • Site Information - Launch and Promotions • Production site improvements
