Access Rights “SuperUser” access Site Customization Control Memberships Edit pages created by others Create/edit pages personally created Read pages only
Turnover of Duties • When the Primary Administrator can no longer perform his/her duties as administrator. The Backup Administrator takes over. • When the CoP Owner is not available, his/her OIC takes over as Owner.
Groups • Makes sending e-mail notifications easier • Simplifies access management for rooms and inner rooms
C-Cube Elements: Page • Basic unit for C-Cube content • Can be created using: • MS Word, Excel, or PowerPoint • JPEG files, GIF Files • HTML pages • Can contain attachments • Must at least have author access to create pages PAGES
C-Cube Elements: Folder • Container for pages • Folder types: • Discussion • Simple List • Ordered List • Headlines • Slideshow • Must at least have manager access to create folders FOLDERS
C-Cube Elements: Room • Secure Location • Access can be defined by the Room Manager or Owner • Can contain: • Pages • Folders • Inner rooms ROOMS

Notifications • Notifications available on: • Tools Menu (for site related news) • Members (for informing new members) • Every page published • Prior to publishing every page • Non-Members or those not in the ADB Notes directory may also be notified.
Forms • Forms are used to: • Create fields where the author can input specific information • Process information for review and approval of other members before it can be published • You can create forms using: • Simple form • Imported HTML • Imported MS Office form
Administrator Logs • Submit quarterly reports to OIST: • Access Distribution Review • List of users and corresponding access levels • Usage Review • Active or Inactive?
