  2. BA/MSPH - Health Policy Application Requirements: Online application Official/unofficial transcript 3 letters of recommendation Personal statement Resume

  3. BA/MSPH - Health Policy Curriculum Requirements: The following courses MUST be completed before you apply for the BA/MSPH: • The Environment & Your Health • Fundamentals of HPM • Biostatistics • Fundamentals of Epidemiology • Calculus (AP or transfer credit)

  4. BA/MSPH - Health Policy Curriculum Req’s –Continued Min. grade in BOTH Biostats & Epi: B Cum GPA: 3.0+ PHS major GPA: 3.5+ No “C” grades in major

  5. BA/MSPH - Health Policy Application Benefits: • Early Notification • 16 credits to use toward a Certificate or program electives • Application fee waived • GRE scores waived

  6. BA/MSPH - Health Policy What happens if you don’t meet ALL of the requirements? Apply in the Fall (senior year) as a “regular” applicant. Application deadline Feb 1st. GRE scores required. Application fee can be waived.
