  1. 1a 1b * * QUISTE DE SEPTUM PELLUCIDUM -El quiste de septum pellucidum (y cavum vergae) suele ser un hallazgo casual. No obstante raramente se puede asociar a algún síndrome e incluso llegar a ser sintomático. -Se localiza entre ambos ventrículos laterales. Es una lesión bien delimitada, homogénea y uniloculada, de comportamiento similar al LCR en TC y RM. Fig 1. Varón de 3 años con retraso psicomotor. Hallazgo casual en estudio RM. Imágenes T2 coronal y axial (fig 1a y 1b respectivamente) donde se observa lesión bien delimitada, homogénea y uniloculada de intensidad de senyal RM similar al LCR (*), correspondiente a quiste de septum pellucidum y cavum vergae.
