Why: • easily share information • build on each-others ideas, • more engaged, • and more productive • helping us deliver even better for customers TSO’s location strategy – In the UK, we’ll move, over time, to a smaller number of long term sites bringing together more of our people who do the same work into the same location. I currently work in one of the V&MM long term site Good news - You’re in the right place to take advantage of the opportunities to collaborate, and share knowledge and ideas face to face with your colleagues; to explore career options; and to be part of a brilliant team. I don’t currently work in one of the V&MM long terms sites In some cases, where there’s an operational need, we may ask people who live within reasonable travel time to move to a long term site. Whilst sitting and working closely together in teams is our guiding principle, the operational plans and timescales of each BT TSO business unit will differ, and so there’ll be specific plans for each unit.   I’m a home/agile worker Looking at BT TSO’s work activities we recognise that some roles can be performed well without being co-located with teams. For some home and agile workers there’ll be no change, but some – depending on operational needs - may be asked to move to a long term site. Over time, as more teams move to our long term sites, these sites will become the natural centre for critical activities and, as such will become the places to build and grow our careers.
