Go to the View- Slide Master
Go to the Insert Tab
Select the Picture from the Insert Tab
Choose the picture you require
Choose washout so it won’t be overpowering

Selecting the Animation Pane option in the Animations tab will give you more control of your animations.
The play button will give you a preview of your animations
The Re-order button will allow you to change the order of the animations
Animation Painter will allow you to repeat an animation on other objects

Right-click on the shape and then choose format shape. Then choose Transparency from the fill area
