Palate A rich and concentrated wine with silky texture, fine tannins and good weight of fruit. A juicy sensation on the mouth with a good balance between ripeness and liveliness. FOOD PAIRING Perfect with steak, meat stews, poultry with rich brown sauces, pork loin, duck, and even chocolate desserts. It makes delicious drinking now but can be cellared for 3 years from vintage if stored horizontally in a cool dark place.
