  1. User Interface Differences Between Business and Consumers User interface of an application matters a lot as no matter how attractive the logo of the application is made or no matter how much it is packed with new features or attractions, once its operation is found to be complex by the users, it can never make a success. A mobile application that is not noted to be user friendly can very easily annoy the users and they end up in uninstalling the concerned app from their device. For an app to carve out a niche in the heart of the users, certain aspects are to be fulfilled. To start with, the designers must always keep in mind the target users while they are embarking on an endeavor to design any concerned app. This is because the users determine to a great extent the lay out or the interface of an app. For instance if the target user of a particular app is considered to be the corporate worker in the business front, the layout of the app must be typical to cater to the requirements of the same and again if the target user is considered to belong to the multitudinous mass of humanity, using the app for an ordinary daily use, then the layout or the interface must be designed likewise. Thus it can be said for sure that in an application each and every aspect is important as they get incorporated in an app with some specific purposes and schemes. The layout must differ on the basis of its purpose and contextual application. Certain differences related to the application interfaces can be jotted down as follows: • Color palette: The color scheme used for designing the interfaces of the various applications must be different to cater to the exact flavor of the concerned app. On the basis of the application's domain of operation and its target users, its color scheme is to be determined as the colors used, speak a lot about the brand. An arbitrary use of colors would surely mar the very essence of an application and would fail to make a place for itself in the users' heart. • The business brief: The business brief attached by a company for the designers, speak a lot about the concerned company's nature and structure. The designers thus should consciously use the color schemes that would gel well with the company's business marketing profile and the colors must be used in such a manner that the layout emerge successful in emulating and in imbibing the concerned company's true essence. Colors used, if turn out to be incompatible, will surely tamper the company's image. • Customization for the customers: Average customers always vary in their choices and having different mindsets, they are not unanimous in their likes and dislikes. To go with the mood variations of the different customers, applications are encouraged to be customized. This is because one customer can always prefer one feature of the application over the other unlike the other one. Customization of an app is thus needful to serve a wide range of customers. However, it must be kept in mind that if an application is meant to be designed for a particular business house or a company then

  2. the layout must strictly adhere to the very essence of the concerned company and it must reflect in its layout the theme that the company upholds. Customization would be a wrong idea in that case. • A marketing strategy: An application in order to secure a place for itself amidst the crowd, must have a unique selling point(USP). The layout or the interface of the concerned application must embody this USP. These differences if kept in mind the designing of an application can be made successful, be it is meant for a particular company or a specific target group.
