Value of All Contracts: ~$24.2B • Est. NETCENTS Mandatory Use Waiver Process for Small Business • NETCENTS contract for Network Centric IT products and services was originally • awarded to four large and four small businesses • Only two out of the four original are still considered small business on NETCENTS • NETCENTS is currently covered by a mandatory use policy • However, ordering activities may exercise a waiver process when requirements • can be met by two or more small businesses • Contracting officer approves the waiver • Waiver process does allow for installations to achieve small business goals, • obtain other technical benefits or cost savings

  8. ITCC Client Computing/Servers (CCS) BPA Re-compete • Awardees will compete semi-annually for product placement in the Quantum Enterprise Buy (QEB) • Periodic price competition with decentralized ordering • Allows for commercial technology change and price refresh

ITCC Client Computing/Servers (CCS) BPA Re-compete • Continuation of highly successful program for the enterprise-wide acquisition and management of client computing and server devices • Current Desktops, Laptops and Servers (DLS) BPA’s expiring; need continuing source of supply to fill AF needs • Establishes/continues strategic partnerships with leading industry IT suppliers • Estimated value - $800M over 5 years • Product Requirements: • Business-class Personal Computers (Desktop and Mobile) • Servers • Associated peripherals and services (i.e. installation, disposal) • Intend to award BPA’s to LB OEMs and SB resellers • ID/IQ contracts to be issued to SB OEMs later in 2010
