  4. Summary of Construction Issues • Our initial plan was to have a ball launch to knock over the wall with the nail but we couldn’t get the ball to launch correctly. • The nail would not pop the balloon. • We couldn’t get the balloon to inflate and start the battery to roll.

  5. Conclusions • This project is a great example an “alarming” number of steps just to press a button. • It also showed the many ways energy can be stored and then released to perform a task. • In the end we laughed, we cried, and learned the difference between cork board and plywood.
