  3. Overview • Imagine the greatest diversity of learners, then design for them • Fits with OCL goals for usability world-wide • Most importantly– Universal Design is a PROCESS not a product.

  8. Multiple Means of Engagement • Provide options for recruiting interest • Provide options for sustaining effort • Provide options for self regulating
