PATOLOGÍA HIPÓXICO- ISQUÉMICA A B C D E F G F (A)AXIAL 3D SPGR; (B) Sagital 3D SPGR; (C) 3D SPGR, reconstrucción VR, corte superior; (D) 3D SPGR , reconstrucción VR ,corte postero-superior; E) 3D SPGR , reconstrucción VR ,corte antero-superior F) 3D SPGR , reconstrucción VR de la superficie cortical; G) 3D SPGR , reconstrucción VR de la superficie cortical, corte lateral izquierdo; F) 3D SPGR , reconstrucción VR de la superficie cortical corte postero-superior. Cavidad porencefálica fronto-parieto-occipital izquierda (flecha roja) que afecta a centro semioval , corona radiada y alcanza brazo posterior de cápsula interna. Comunica con el ventrículo lateral izquierdo dilatado( flecha amarilla).

  2. TRACTOS CÓRTICO-ESPINALES, CÓRTICO-BULBARES Y CÓRTICO-PONTINOS B A C D (A), (B) (C) y (D) Tractografía de los haces de los tractos córtico-espinales, córtico-bulbares y córtico-pontinos derechos con ausencia de visualización de los haces contralaterales por destrucción de los mismos por la lesión porencefálica.

  3. LEMNISCOS MEDIALES Y RADIACIONES TALÁMICAS SUPERIORES A B D C (A), (B) , (C) y (D) Tractografía de los lemniscos mediales y radiaciones talámicas superiores con desplazamiento lateral del lemnisco medial izquierdo y desplazamiento posterior y lateral de la radiación talámica superior con menor número de fibras por la lesión porencefálica ( flecha roja).

  4. VÍA PIRAMIDAL DERECHA ,LEMNISCOS MEDIALES Y RADIACIONES TALÁMICAS SUPERIORES A B (A) y (B) Tractografía de la vía piramidal derecha, lemniscos mediales y radiaciones talámicas superiores . Vía piramidal derecha normal (flecha azul).Ausencia de vía piramidal izquierda. Lemnisco medial derecho normal ( cabeza de flecha amarilla).Desplazamiento lateral del lemnisco medial izquierdo (Flecha amarilla) y desplazamiento posterior y lateral de la radiación talámica superior con menor número de fibras por la lesión porencefálica (flecha roja).

  5. FASCÍCULOS FRONTO-OCCIPITALES INFERIORES Y UNCINADOS A B (A) y (B) Tractografía de los fascículos fronto-occipitales inferiores y fascículos uncinados . Desplazamiento inferior y lateral del fascículo fronto-occipital inferior izquierdo por la lesión porencefálica (flecha roja).
