  3. Goals and Objectives • Replace or upgrade current systems • Create homogeneous environment • Prepare plans for future expansion • Cut down on maintenance costs • Increase employee productivity

  4. Vision Statement • Company growth depends on technology • Upgraded computers will aid productivity • Upgrading now will save us money later • Our staff will be ahead of the competition • This time let technology work for us

  5. Today’s Situation • Current systems use variety of outdated hardware and software • New employees need to be trained how to use old technology • Software applications use “unfriendly” user interfaces making them hard to use
