Summary • Most of the material is now there! • CB edited some sections to improve consistency, remove history, .... More editing needed! • Most lack figures and references. • (Some figs from JT – quality may be an issue.) • Some sections missing: • EM Design: N Schofield contacted, agreed to provide. • Magnetic QA – PS listed, should be BS! • Performance: PH & AD • In absence of EMcC I wrote “mechanical integration” section (frame, jacking system, services) • Are they adequate? • Is the balance ok? • Previously decided to document design of last summer. Do we wish to update? • Said would review when present version complete.
Next? • We need the missing sections! • Still inconsistencies of style (level of detail, tenses, etc.) • Propose I revise text, send list of figures (& references) required. • Need input! • Others’ views on amount of detail. • Are bullet-points acceptable? • Can we reference internal notes? • Add summary, aim for essentially complete draft early(-ish!) in New Year. • Are we agreed we leave new stator for later paper?
