General Review Phase • Collaboration-wide review • complete first draft has been open for review since July 6th • four substantive responses so far, generally positive • no further responses? • proceed to final version • Paper is now 116 single-column pages (85 double-column) • paper committee decided not to divide it into two papers • Two incomplete sections • biasing/performance • biasing/anticipated_developments

  6. Final Steps • Completion of details (end of October) • consistency of fonts, class name conventions, reference styles • English check • format for NIM A submission • check figures for quality • Completion of author list (November) • Present second (and final?) draft for collaboration review (end of November) • no major changes allowed at this point • Submission (December)

  7. Costs • Will publish Open Access • cost: about $2500 • to save cost, will not have color figures, but rely on on-line color • G4AI has agreed to submit the paper • costs will be divided among institutes • total amount sent to G4AI for payment to journal
