CONTEXTE ET JUSTIFICATION • Mondialisation croissante • Changement rapide de la technologie et de la population active • besoins en capital humain issu de l’ETFP • Satisfaction des besoins du marché du travail suivant les normes et standards internationaux • faire des efforts pour disposer un ETFP de qualité au plus grand nombre possible de personnes.
