  23. Journal #1 • Identify an event or circumstance in a person’s life and explain how it connects to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. Be sure to talk about the specific stages of the hierarchy and provide examples.

  33. Results Orientated The goals should be measured outcomes. • Answer: If I do my ACTIONS and hit the MEASURE, then what will happen?

  34. Timely • Clearly defined time frame, between 2-6 weeks.

  35. Practice • I want to be more healthy. • With partners, create this into a SMART goal. • WRITE • BE READY TO SHARE

  36. You now!! • Write 1 academic SMART Goal for the 1st 6 weeks. • Then, write 1 paragraphdescribing your SMART goal. Including how you are going to accomplish your goal, what things may stand in your way, what are the things you are going to change about your behavior and choices to be able to accomplish this goal.
