  4. 线虫纲概述(Class Nematoda) • 线虫形态特点: • 圆柱形,体不分节,两侧对称; • 雌雄异体; • 有原体腔(protocoele); • 体壁分三层:角皮层、皮下层、纵肌层 • 消化道完整; • 生殖器官雄性单管型,雌性双管型; • 虫卵无卵盖

  6. 线虫生活史 • 基本发育阶段:虫卵 幼虫 成虫 (4次蜕皮) • 生活史类型: • 土源性线虫(直接发育型):发育过程不需 要中间宿主,如蛔虫。 • 生物源性线虫(间接发育型):发育过程中 需要中间宿主,如丝虫。

  7. 线虫致病 • 幼虫所致损害:幼虫进入体内并在体内移行、寄生所致的损害。 • 成虫所致损害:机械性损伤、化学性刺激、免疫反应等作用导致组织出现损伤、出血、炎症等病变。
