  7. Journals • The community is very safe and has many rules and that they know how to be respected. • The story is weird and that they have to go one by 0ne. Jonas was going to get called but he didn’t, so I don’t know what will happen next. • The story is weird because in his Receiver rule book it said that he could lie and he could not tell anyone about his plans and trainings. Jonas did not know what snow. • I don’t think it is bad to get memories because if you didn’t know what it was you do now. Some people think it is wrong because some memories are bad and terrifying.

  8. Journals • Scary! Jonas’ dad does this every time there is twins. I think it is wrong to kill a new born and just say “Bye Bye little guy”, in a cheerful voice.

  9. Next Chapter Story • I think what happens next is that the people that where waiting at the bottom of the hill was the people that he saw in one of the memories that the Giver gave him. They were expecting them and wanted to take care of them. That the family wants to take care of them and they are excited. Jonas and Gabe are happy that they finally see people, and have happy a happy life.
