What is it? • What happens to meat when it’s not stored properly and is left unattended for a long period of time? • What happens to sugar when it’s not stored properly and is left unattended for a long period of time? • When someone puts something heavy in a bag, what happens to the bag over time? • When something explodes, what happens to it?
