Cumulative Alignment Score of LgrA to LgrF in P. amoebophila

This study presents the cumulative alignment score between the LgrA and LgrF sequences of P. amoebophila, highlighting their evolutionary relationships. Methods employed ensured that sequences of equal lengths were aligned, which led to the exclusion of the 2-residue repetition observed in LRR1LgrE (EV) as shown in Figure 3. The analysis contributes to understanding the functional and structural similarities among the Lgr proteins in pathogenic amebae, providing insights into their roles in virulence and adaptation.
