  3. SPP Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) • Responsibilities: • Development • Revisions • Maintenance • Implementation • Interpretation both for internal and external Stakeholders • Management of Tariff Revision Request process 4

Current & Future Markets • Development, management and implementation of Regulatory Workstream for Future Markets: • Tariff revisions • Mapping Protocols to Tariff • Determining which parts of the Protocols go directly into the Tariff • Market Power Study • TO applications for market-based rates • FERC and State filings • Member permission applications 5

  5. Current & Future Markets (cont.) • Ongoing reporting and compliance obligations • Assisting MMU with reporting and compliance obligations • Education of internal staff and state regulatory entities’ staff 6

  6. Current & Future Markets (con’t) • Provide SME & BA assistance for Future Markets Project • Developing Business Requirements for Future Markets Project • Creation of process documentation for Future Markets Project • Provide SME support for current and future markets
