  2. Overview of requirements: • At least three pages of detailed look of topic • 2 peer evaluations or session with Learning Center tutor. • Research highlighted & organized for easy access for me

  3. Make sure to hand in all drafts & research • 2 peer evaluation drafts • Draft that your revise on in class today • Research highlighted: If it is in your paper, it is highlighted on your printouts. • Graphic organizer • My notes about your draft

  4. Grade Sheet: • On Top and includes you grading your work and effort. • Anything you want to share about the process, write at bottom or back.

  5. Revision: • Should be BIG: • Refer to self check/ peer evaluation sheet • Never end paragraph with citation—explain and refer back to thesis.

  6. Thesis • Make sure the paper has a specific focus. • What is new about your discussion of the topic? • Have “dug in deep” to your topic?

  7. Use of Research: • Have you primarily used ACADEMIC SOURCES? • Do you use the three sources somewhat evenly? • Do you explain the importance of the information ?

  8. Conclusion • DO NOT REPEAT ANY QUOTE OR IDEA WORD FOR WORD • Leave reader with a new idea to ponder about your topic

  9. Use of Research: • In-text citations of all sources.
