Blood Groups. 4 types: A, B, AB ,and O. Differ by a specific protein on RBC called an antigen (molecule that can be recognized by your immune system). Antigens on RBCs. A: has antigen “A” on RBCs . B: has antigen “B” on RBCs . AB blood has both antigens. O has neither proteins.
