IFOG Project Description • The Touchstone Team will work with stakeholders to create a user-driven, Regional Interoperability Field Operations Guide (IFOG) for the Region 1 RPAC-I. • We will continue to drive this process by using the data collected during Phase I of our project, VDEM, OCP, and VITA survey data, as well as the data management tool that was developed during Phase II.

  12. What We Need from You • Data! • We are pulling data from VDEM, OCP, and VITA surveys as well as data collected during Phase I this project that is now stored in the data tool developed in Phase II.

  13. What We Need from You Who is the right person within your jurisdiction to validate the information we already have and to provide data that we haven’t yet collected? • Fill out POC information on the spreadsheet being passed around the room.
