Funded by MCTP, Gen-Probe, Ventana/Roche, PCF (Year 1, 3-12 months) Milestone 3: Develop protocols compatible with FFPE, small/degraded samples: (Year 1, month 6 onwards) Milestone 4: Support clinical trials with high throughput sequencing.
