  2. Catch our passion…why we do what we do “Thanks to ALM and all the education that I went through I am able to rebuttal each proposal. My laundry is very competitive in the market place and “the competition” is having trouble showing it is more cost effective to outsource.  Managing the metrics  Reporting data on linen by item  Comparing costs to national averages

Catch our passion…why we do what we do • Our passion has been about •  Reviewing the by-laws and begin a process to adapt quicker to the changing business environment •  Be the premier educational source … and provide laundries with the tools to run efficient operations •  Engage our members •  Develop a solid strategic plan

  4. The Bylaws • Foster an environment that provides the most efficient mechanisms to move the organization forward. •  Avoid total turnover of the board to maintain continuity and shorten the “learning curve” •  Encourage a progressive leadership

  5. Our mission •  A mission that focuses on the growth necessary for our organization and to position ALM as a leader in our industry.
