Capulin Activity V: 1 • Place the plastic model in the clear plastic box. • Tape the transparency sheet to the top of the box so that you still have room on one end of the box to pour water in. • Fill the plastic box with water up to the 1 cm mark. • Using a marker, carefully trace where the water makes contact with the model. • Fill the plastic box to the 2 cm mark and trace where the water makes contact with the model. • Repeat this procedure until the lines have been drawn at each water level and the model is completely submerged.

  14. Mt. Capulin Activity V: 1 Transfer the topographic map to your INB by placing the transparency behind the page where you want the image to go and tracing it. Title your map “Mt. Capulin”.
