Info About the Kailani Couture fashionable arts Academy The Kailani Couture Fashionable Arts Academy, founded in June of 2011 by Kimberli Muzeau was designed to be an after school programming supplement which will offer Fashion Design and Entrepreneurship, Modeling and Personal Development, as well as Performing Arts opportunities to semi private or charter schools that do not currently have these programs and would like to offer these programs to their students on an extracurricular basis. *Some of the programs that we offer are able to be used as in school elective classes. The company founder was also looking for a way to give back to the community as well as promote the upcoming Kailani Couture fashion label and display a concern for the youth of the community as well as a love for the arts; with those thoughts, The Kailani Couture Fashionable Arts Academy was born. Now a little about Kailani Couture… Kailani Couture is an upcoming teen and young adult female brand name which will specialize in providing unique, cutting edge apparel, shoes and accessories from our private label as well as the labels of various other clothing manufacturers.

The Kailani Couture platform and mission is to offer more than just clothes…but to create a device to inspire and empower young ladies to grow to be respectable and confident young women who will be assets to our community. The Kailani Couture Fashionable Arts Academy program offerings and Descriptions The Kailani Couture Fashionable Arts Academy offers the following programs for participating facilities as supplemental electives or after school program activities: • * Modeling and Personal Development (M-F) (can also be an elective class supplement) • Under the direction of our Modeling Coach, students will learn the essentials of being positive members of society by learning social graces and character building, (how to sit, stand, walk, talk, eat) how to build positive self esteem as well as learn about Fashion Modeling • *Fashion Design & Entrepreneurship (M-F) (can also be an elective class supplement) • Students under the direction of our Fashion Business Coach, students will have the opportunity create a collaborative business plan which will allow them to learn to start and maintain a collaborative class fashion store which will consist of designs that are created by participating students for fashion show and sales purposes. • Performance Dance (Jazz/Hip-Hop) (M-F) • Students under the direction of our dance coach will have the opportunity to create their own dance routines or ensembles using instructed jazz/hip-hop dance techniques for performances. • Performance Theatre (M-F) • Students under the direction of our Theatre coach will have the opportunity to write and perform a collaborative stage play • SongTroupe(M-F) • Under the direction of our vocal/choral coach, students will have the opportunity to remake their own versions of classic R&B and Pop era songs for performance.

How the Kailani CoutureFashionable Arts Academy program summary • To include our supplemental programs into your school is simple. • You may customize your program selections, choosing all or one of the supplemental arts programs that will best work for your school. • You may also choose the days and times that will work best for your school. • We offer flexible after school scheduling for all classes on a Monday-Friday basis. • Our programs are open to junior and senior high grade levels. • The Kailani Couture Fashionable Arts Academy’s programs are geared primarily for female students because of the types of programs and overall concept, however, we strongly urge male students to enroll and participate. • There will be a summer “camp” added for the summer of the 2011-2012 school year and continue as the program continues within your school. • We provide the instructors and the materials needed for participants in the classes • Every program that we provide will offer opportunities to raise funds to assist with the continuation and promotion of our programs as well as for your school by offering events that will take place on a monthly basis while school is in session. • We do not charge fees to the student participants.
