Orders Module Training Module Overview Description: This training module will take you step-by-step through the Orders module in the Regional Business Application (RBA) Integrated Task Order Management System (ITOMS) component. Navigation:If the tutorial opens up in your web browser, simply click your mouse or your space bar to advance to the next slide. Use the “Backspace” key to go back. If the tutorial opens in the PowerPoint application, click on “F5” to view the tutorial. Use the spacebar or click your mouse to advance to the next slide. To go back, click on the “Backspace” key.

ITOMS Orders Module Glossary

ITOMS Homepage / Fund Manager 2 role To open an Order in ITOMS 1. Click Orders Tab and an Order Search page will load. 2. Enter search criteria and click Search. Matching orders will then appear in the list below. 3. Select an Order Id and open the order by either clicking on the Order ID link in the search table or the View link under the Orders tab. The selected Order Summary page will load.

ITOMS Orders Module / Top 1/3 of form / FM & FM 2 role The Validate To NEAR button is displayed to users with the FM or FM2 role View order level information View the information about each order leg (basic order and all modifications) View order level Amount information

ITOMS Orders Module / Middle 2/3 of form / FM & FM 2 role View order level summary information for each Order Mod. Click on the Mod No arrows to navigate to the previous / next mod. This datagrid displays a summary of task item information for the selected mod View order level financial data View order level reference dates and Client information

ITOMS Orders Module / Bottom 3/3 of form / FM & FM 2 role View Contractor Info and the Client’s Accepting Point of Contact info View the order’s shipping address(es) GSA Contacts Contractor Remit To Address for sending invoice payments
