AFAFCI OBSTACLES • Deficiencies in retrieving outstanding balance; • Unpredictable legislation; • High taxation level; • Unproductive Emergency Ordinance system and local council decisions; • Labor Code – unjustified advantages granted to employees; • Unexpected inspections => fines; • Incompetence and corruption in the administration; • Lack of professionalism and honesty on the part of the media. INCENTIVES PERSONAL MOTIVATION • Responsibility towards employees; • Sustainability of the business on the basis of the organizational culture; • The investment and the work accumulated to date and the potential of the business ; • Optimism against all odds = lack of realism!
