  5. 1975-Schools Commission and the formation of the Aboriginal Consultative Group

  6. 1975- Education for Teachers Regarding Racism

  7. 1976-First Aboriginal law graduate

  8. 1980-National Aboriginal Education Committee Policy

  9. 1983- Land Rights Act passed by NSW Parliament

  10. 1987-Aboriginal Studies in schools made compulsory

  11. 1989- (NATSIEP) developed

  12. 1995-National Education Policy

  13. 2000-North coast pre-school programs

  14. 2004-Maths and literacy programs developed

  15. 4 2006-Aboriginal Education Training Strategy

  16. 2008-Prime Minister Formally Apologises
