  2. Trachea Trachea is located in the lower neck and upper chest area Inhale through your nose or mouth The oxygen enters the trachea Cilia move to keep mucus and dirt out of the lungs cilia>

  3. Bronchi and Bronchioles • Bronchi is branches that are located with in the lungs • Smaller bronchi are called bronchioles • Bronchioles are very tiny bronchi with air sacs at the end

  4. Air sacs • The air sacs are located in the lower-level of your chest • Air sacs are where oxygen enters the blood • Carbon dioxide leaves the blood

  5. Capillaries • Capillaries are located every where in the body • A capillary is the smallest blood vessel • Oxygen and glucose change blood cell to capillaries • They go to the capillaries to get a ride to the heart

  6. The Heart • The heart is located to the left of the middle of your chest • The heart has two sides, left and right • Right side receives blood from the body • It pumps it to the lungs • Left side receives blood from the lungs pumps to the whole body • The heart has four chambers

  7. More about the Heart >The first two are called atrium > They fill their chambers with blood that they receive >they receive blood from the body or lungs >The other two on the bottom are called Ventricles >They send blood to The body and lungs

  8. Arteries and Veins • Arteries are blood vessels Arteries > • They carry blood away from the heart • Arteries take the blood to other parts of the body • Veins are blood vessels • Veins transport blood toward the heart Veins>

The Circulatory and Respiratory System makes you breathe Sends blood to the lungs and body Send oxygen to the body No system can take the place of the circulatory or Respiratory systems The Urinary System Cleans blood Gets rid of liquid wastes The digestive can do some of the jobs the Urinary system can Such as getting rid of liquid not necessarily the waste the urinary system gets rid of though Comparison
