Une infirmière spécialisée en plaies, conseille et accompagne l’infirmière libérale lors de la téléconsultation pour la prise en charge de la plaie complexe • 3. L’infirmière experte, travaille en étroite collaboration avec le médecin expert du centre, qui pose le diagnostic et réajuste, si nécessaire, la prise en charge.
