My Mentoring Plan By Lois E. Tso
Who will I be mentoring? • Susie Kinlacheeny. I’ve worked with her as my TA for couple years.
How do I establish a working relationship with the person(s) I will mentor ? • I will make initial contact a week before the first day of school and daily contact thereafter. We will discuss goals and objectives for units and lessons.
Who else will be working with the same people? • University student-teaching staff • The school principal • Other teachers • Students • Other site personnel • Special Education Dept. staff
