PURPOSE of the TCCRP (again) To demonstrate with actionable data how effective community collaboration can be for preventing violent and drug-related crime, revitalizing crime-ridden areas, enforcing community standards on such crimes, and preventing re-arrests and probation violations among offenders in selected areas of the community. REVIEW: 2 Training Sessions • Training Sep 21: Requirements & basics • Crime data, Census, surveys, EBS, brief leaders and formulate major strategy ideas. • Training Oct 31: Major strategies, goals and recruiting primary partners • Crime mapping, zones & target pops, goals, objectives, part of application worksheets.
