Recognize Organizational Problem(s) Call for Help Address the Issue Apply Resolution

  4. 3 Reasons Why Auto Body Managers Don’t Do Those 4 Things? Insecurity The Prime Directive Lack of know-how

It’s a Little Like, “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” Recognize Organizational Problem(s) If I look at what are our organizational system problems, then I will have face them [Insecurity], if I do not ask then I can continue to “blame people” [Lack of Knowledge] and focus on the stuff I am comfortable with all day [Prime Directive]. Why would I want to know what is wrong with my organizational system, when I would rather “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” and continue doing what I have always done [Prime Directive].

Call for Help Why would I spend money on having an expert in organizational systems tell me what is wrong with my organizational system, I would be reveling my incompetency [Lack of Knowledge]:when I would rather “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” anyway [Insecurity]; and continue doing what I have always done [Prime Directive].

  7. If the Organizational System Issues are Reveled, I’ll Look Like a Schmuck! 3. Address the Issue The whole reason for the Prime Directive, is not to look like a schmuck [Insecurity, Lack of Knowledge]. Let sleeping bears lie, even if in the long-term the organization would be better off financially and be better able to achieve its long-term goals.
