Session 3 - What makes a good web item • IRC rules for “Writing for the web” • http://bit.ly/bbWTRO • short catchy headings • start with the conclusion • short and simple sentences • use bullet points • avoid italics • one idea per paragraph • 50 % less text than paper (max. 1 screen) • longer texts as downloadable files (Word or PDF)
